Occold Parish Council are recruiting a Clerk to the Parish Council Are you looking for a varied and interesting career with opportunities for training? 22 hrs per month spread regularly during the week (except for the first Monday of the month when you must be available for an evening meeting), working from home with a laptop provided. Annual Leave pro rata. No weekend working. Paid training available and the opportunity to work towards a Certificate in Local Council administration. You will need to be confident in meetings, resourceful, self-motivated and preferably confident in word and excel. Salary will be on the NJC (local Government) pay scale at a point dependent on experience and qualifications.
